Press Here And Pull Back
This is one of those consumer issues that just really chafes my hide!

Do these boxes ever open the way the instructions indicate they should?
They never do for me.
As you can see this box has been torn all the way around. I freely admit I did it. They normally just smash in.
If they actually happen to work per the instructions, which hardly ever happens, then just how in the sam hell do you get a finger or anything in there to pull it out?
Come on people there really has to be a better way.

That’s pretty funny. I’ve always hated those things–maybe it’s a family deficiency that we can’t open them as instructed. I’ve discovered the best way to deal with them is to take the end of a butter knife and jam it in there and pry it open. It usually ends up looking about like yours.

I HATE those boxes!! No. You’re absolutely right. They never work and I am so glad you’ve drawn some attention to this issue. Who do we need to contact to end this ridiculousness?? WHO!?!

This is so funny. I was just sitting down at my computer to try to relieve stress from dropping a box on the cabinet only to see it fall on the floor and spatter everywhere. I am not sure in this day and time why someone cannot come up with a feasible box. I know that the orange juice containers are finally changing. Love your blog.
