Crazy Cat
This is the cat Tigger. He insists on getting water from the tap with the water running fresh. This really isn’t so annoying.
What is aggravating is that sometimes he insists on drinking from the upstairs bathroom sink. He finishes there and then immediately wants to drink from the bathroom in the basement.
What is up with that?

Our cats do the same thing!! Plus the bathtubs and the toilets! What’s really annoying is when they play in the toilets, and you sit down and it’s all wet!! *sigh*

Great shot! What an intelligent animal. I had no idea about this behaviour of cats or for that matter any animal.
Your Tigger seems to be a creature of routine. Does he have a set time to visit the bathrooms so you can turn the faucets on or does he come and demand whenever he feels like it?

Yup, our cat Mango does the same thing. As soon as you walk in the bathroom she starts the happy feet thing going. Bad thing is she taught a few of the other cats to be equally demanding. Now I have a chorus of four begging for a little bit of bathroom water.
Then the greyhound waits for me to lift the lid of the toilet to see if he can score a little bit of that water for himself.
There is just no peace, is there!

Our cats prefer “people soup”, that is to drink from the shower as soon as we’re done with it. They scratch on the door trying to get in when they hear the shower running.

Oh your cat is beautiful! Our foster, Chloe, will only drink from the Toilet. She puts her paws inside on the white bowl, just above the water and drinks away. She then puts her wet paws on the toilet seat and jumps off. We later come it….and you got it! Wet Butts for us!
